Seeking advanced Business Degree and extensive Project Management experience in Scientific Affairs, Drug Development or similar for this executive level position that shall lead the therapeutic product launch planning and operations function.
Requires a proactive visionary experienced in developing, gaining adoption, and executing projects who is a powerful communicator and a strong leader -- organized, detail orientated and quality minded.
Shall:
Coordinate the execution of product launch projects across functions.
Drive post phase 2 therapeutics through product launch cycle.
Ensure appropriate medical affairs teams, marketing teams, business development teams, MSLs, equipment capabilities, educational materials, regulatory teams, headcount, capital assets, and other resources are ready and available through the products lifecycle.
Track and guide tactical execution of strategic plans.
Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, guidances (FDA, ICH, CPMP, GCPs, etc.)
Maintain KOL & Stakeholder relationships.
