The Manager, Security, Compliance & Change plays a management role on the Global HR Operations team that has overall responsibility for the security and compliance for multiple enterprise HR systems, including Our Source, Workday and the Global Data Warehouse (GDW). The incumbent will also be responsible for overall issues management, analyzing trends and providing operational metrics from multiple case management systems (Remedy-Our Source & MURI-Workday).
As a member of the HR Operations management team, the Manager, Security, Compliance & Case Management will have responsibility for the following: Ensuring SAP (Our Source) and Workday are compliant with SOX, security and privacy requirements and consequently achieves successful audits of these systems. Managing Standard Operations Procedures for user, process and team member security and compliance and Segregation of Duties for all enterprise HR systems, including SAP (Our Source), Workday and Global Data Warehouse (GDW). Ensuring processes are aligned with Our Source & Workday Payroll and IT Security & Compliance teams. Overseeing the execution of security-related activities in SAP (Our Source) and Workday, including issue resolution and defect management. Evaluating all potential enhancements and changes to the SAP, Workday or GDW security model. Overseeing issues management, analyzing trends and providing operational metrics from multiple case management systems (Remedy-Our Source & MURI-Workday and AXIS). Streamlining and standardizing case management tools wherever possible to improve adherence and consistency to escalation processes. Partnering closely with Process & Data Governance to align on issues management matters and determining overall priorities for HR Operations and ensuring that IT has the proper resources to meet deliverables.
The Manager, Security, Compliance & Case Management will also be responsible for working collaboratively with other members of HR Services, IT and Payroll partners and informing pertinent stakeholders about security and compliance and issues management. Overseeing and assigning those responsible for user acceptance testing across all enterprise HR applications. Build Security, Compliance & Case Management team performance and measure results to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Provide leadership in support of organizational direction and culture. Effectively manage employee performance using established company tools/methodology. Assure that company policies and practices are followed, and set an example for team members. Develop, coach, and mentor staff to build a high-performance team. Set goals and facilitate growth and development to meet individualized employee career goals, motivational needs, and organizational opportunities. Seek feedback, continuously learn, and take advantage of opportunities to improve knowledge, skill, and experience. Monitor results to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required preferably in Management, HR, HR Operations or a related business field. A minimum of 6 years of professional experience is required. Previous experience in a security, compliance or issues management role is required, preferably supporting the HR function of a large multi-national corporation. A minimum of 2 years of experience with an ERP system is required. Experience with SAP and/or Workday preferred. A Minimum of 3 years of people management experience is required. This individual must be able to demonstrate a proficient understanding of HR processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements. Proficient analytical and problem solving skills required. Attention to detail a must. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate with customers, peers, and vendors.
This individual must demonstrate a sense of urgency to ensure timely resolution and an ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines. It is required to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters. Must be comfortable in handling ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach. Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully work with internal stakeholders and colleagues to contribute ideas, identify opportunities, and contribute to positive outcomes. Ability to excel in a team based environment is required. Experience working through conflict to reach a successful resolution is required. This individual must demonstrate the ability to disseminate knowledge and techniques.
This position may require minimal travel and is located in New Brunswick, NJ.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
