As a member of the MDD Office of the CIO, the incumbent willbe responsible to support the strategic direction and day-to-day execution ofactivities required to meet the IT Enterprise Strategic Initiatives as well asthe key business objectives set by the MD&D GOC. The individual will alsobe responsible for designing, developing and implementing an integratedcommunications strategy for MD&D IT focused on delivering engagingcommunication to both the MD&D business and IT organizations.
Lead, develop and execute internal organizational change management and employee communicationprograms to engage employees, increase their business knowledge and improvetheir understanding in the importance of IT in achieving business goals andobjectives. Develop a communicationsframework maximizing use of internal communication channels, including TownHalls, internal portals, newsletters and other channels to support improvingcommunication within MD&D IT. Manageday-to-day updates, editorial calendar and short- and long-term strategy forinternal communications portals.
Design, develop and implement a streamlined process forworking with SLT to gather & publish key Quarterly Highlights targeted toMD&D business leaders. Design and develop executive presentation materialsto be used with business and IT leaders respectively. Plan prepare/write and publish ITarticles/stories for distribution through various channels. Partner with the Global IT CommunicationsLeadership team to build and implement communication strategies and programsthat increase employee engagement and awareness of the IT Story, and ITassociates' ability to articulate the story.
Apply creativity across work by seeking opportunities todevelop new approaches for engagement and collaboration withleaders/stakeholders/employees using interactive platforms. Active involvement in transformationcommunications with the objective of driving the value proposition of IT. Help connect IT associates to the J&JEnterprise Strategy and the IT Strategy, and connect IT leaders to IT employees.
Maintain inventory of communication channels, understandchannel processes, and develop and own relationship with channel owners. Assist other members of the team as needed. Monitortwo-way feedback channels. Participate in planning and coordination of MDD ITEvents.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. A minimum 3 years in IT or supporting IT isrequired.. Project management experienceis required. Integrate businessobjectives and knowledge of communication planning process to develop andexecute an integrated communication plan is required. Strong communication skills are required. Apply knowledge of the business and keystakeholder perceptions in situation analysis and assessment to developstrategic and effective messages and methods of delivery is required. Interpretwritten communication through observations and present tailored information. Draft materials independently, based onanalysis of resource materials. Proofreadingand editing skills. Understand need to enhance and protect image of theorganization, its employees and executives. Apply Credo values and external perspectives in executing communicationrelated tasks are required. A minimum of3 years of writing experience is preferred. Prior experience in a change management or a communication role ispreferred. Demonstrated competency withword processing/Microsoft Word, Outlook and spreadsheet software is required. Knowledge of the structure and content of theEnglish language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules ofcomposition, and grammar is required. Knowledge of media, communication, and dissemination techniques andmethods is preferred. Ability to storyboard ideas and concepts and transform to a tangible deliverable is required. This position will be located in Somerville,NJ.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
