Program Manager - Healthcare Compliance

Piper Companies is looking for a Program Manager, Healthcare Compliance to join a global biopharmaceutical company in New Brunswick, NJ.
This is a long-term project to start in will be onsite in New Brunswick, NJ 3 days per week.
Responsibilities include:
Provide support to the Global Pharmaceutical & Enterprise HCC leaders and team, contractors, and HCC Professionals within the larger Organization Support consistency of decision-making and approach to risk management Lead specific components of the program, including but not limited to risk management, training, communications, metrics and reporting, and transactional and material reviews Support data management and quality, advance and descriptive analytics, and process & technical management supporting HCC processesQualifications include:
BA/BS DegreePreferred area of study:
Business, Finance, Organizational Design, Information Management or a compliance-related field Risk Management and/or Risk Assessment experience and knowledge Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Forms, and Power Apps, preferred Ability to prioritize needs and implement system or process enhancements preferred Experience working with database and reporting tools preferred Prior experience and/ or training in analytics is required Knowledge and experience in the application of web-based reporting tools, website maintenance and/or knowledge of SharePoint is a requiredCompensation includes:
Rate is commensurate to experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
