We are directly working with the hiring manager and seeking a Solution Architect/ Azure Cloud for our direct client in Pharmaceutical industry.Duration:

New Brunswick, NJ Onsite (Hybrid 2-3 days must)Role description:
Lead the design and implementation of data analytics solutions using the Azure (DATABRICKS) Data Ecosystem MUST. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and models. Integrate data from various sources, including Salesforce and Concur, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility for analytics purposes. Design scalable and reliable data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and distribution. Implement data quality and governance practices to ensure accuracy and consistency of analytics outputs. Work with the BI team to develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business users. Stay abreast of the latest developments in data analytics technologies and methodologies, particularly within the Azure ecosystem. Mentor and lead a team of data analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure that data analytics solutions comply with data protection and privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. 5
years of experience in data analytics or a similar role, with a strong focus on the Azure Data Ecosystem. Proven expertise in designing and implementing data solutions using Azure cloud. Experience with data integration from various sources, including Salesforce and Concur, is highly desirable. Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Proficient in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python or R. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
