Our client located in New Brunswick, NJ seeks an onsite Accounts Receivable Manager.and an accounts receivable specialist. Either position REQUIRES someone coming from either retail OR wholesale OR distribution OR Manufacturing. AR Mgr reports to Controller. 5 yrs plus exp is needed. You will manage the full cycle of accounts receivable processing and facilitating collections. Prepare and analyze reports related to AR, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements. Perform day to day financial transactions, such as calculating, verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts receivable data. Generate and analyze financial statements and reports. Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.The accounts receivable specialist must have 3 yrs plus exp in Accounts receivable. Perform day t day financial transactions, such as calculating, verifying classifying , posting and recording accounts receivable data. Work with internal teams such as sales and customer service to resolve issues and expedite payment processing. Follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans and escalate delinquent accounts to collection agencies.
