Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking an Office Assistant for the Professional Science Master's Program.
This position will provide administrative and confidential support to the Master of Business Science's program faculty and staff.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
Conducts research and summarize results.
Prepares materials for submission for department purposes.
Assists students in course selections and guide students when needed.
Prepares articles for submission, reports, and presentations.
Attends project meetings.
Assists in updating lesson content.
Collaborates with speakers, faculty and students for webinars and workshops.
Assists in the development of training or other modules when needed.
Responds to student emails.
Handles other assignments as needed.
Position Status Part Time Hours Per Week up to 19.

Must be organized, professional, and provide attention to detail.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
