SALARY:
The salary range for this position is $49,096.
79 to $80,436.
91 for Schedule A, and $49,096.
79 to $76,415.
06 for Schedule B.
For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range.
For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater.
Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule A.
Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule B.

The Middlesex Vicinage Human Resources Division is seeking a professional, team-oriented, self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills, committed to providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers, who works well in an environment where there are multiple simultaneous deadlines.
Under the supervision of the Court Executive 2B (Human Resources Division Manager or other supervisory personnel), the candidate may be responsible for acting as a Human Resources liaison to managers, supervisors and employees in the areas of payroll processing and benefits; classification and compensation; with a specific focus on recruitment and selection.
The incumbent must have knowledge of Human Resources practices, federal, state, and local government regulations and possess the ability to interpret Judiciary policies, procedures, regulations, laws, and bargaining unit agreements.
REMOTE WORK:
The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings.
To participate in this program, you will be required to have high speed home internet access.
Example of Duties Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Processes recruitments, including reviewing and developing notices of vacancy/advancement/promotion and reassignment opportunities; posts announcements to appropriate venues.
Reviews resumes/applications and qualifies applicants.
Conducts employment background checks on selected candidates.
Inputs data into PMIS, JHRIS, NeoGov, eCATS, and any other human resource related data systems as required.
Adheres to rules and ensures compliance with administrative directives and human resources policies as they apply to State and Federal laws.
Acts as the HR division liaison, providing excellent customer service to Vicinage Judges, managers, supervisors and internal and external customers.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree.
Substitution:
Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience on a year-for-year basis with one year of such experience being equal to 30 semester hour credits.
An associate's degree and two years of additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
