Program Assistant

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Assistant for the department of Psychiatry at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
Under the Direction of the Graduate Medical Education Program Coordinator or Program Manager supports the day-to-day activities related to the Residency and Fellowship Programs in the Department.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
Assists managers, administrators, and faculty with matters relating to the residency and fellowship programs.
Operates the Residency Training Program's social media platforms.
Coordinates residents' didactics including aspects related to information to technology (IT) such as Zoom.
Prepares files for residency candidates including application forms.
Assists in managing databases for specific projects, ACGME , ADS & RRC sites, ERAS , AAMC , GME FRIEDA , ABPN , and New Innovations.
Collects data for the department's programs.
Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Science or a related discipline, plus one (1) year of related experience in a business office.
Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and multiple social media platforms including Twitter, You Tube, and Instagram.
Must have informational technology (IT) experience such as Zoom and WebEx.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
