Service Line Manager RN, Operating Room
RWJBH is seeking a Service Line Manager for our Operating Room at the New Brunswick campus.
This is a full-time, day position (40 hours/week).
The Service Line Manager (SLM) will lead Trauma, Surgical Oncology and General Surgery service lines for the Operating Room.
Requirements/
Qualifications:
Active, valid NJ Registered Nurse license required BSN required Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) required ACLS required CNOR required MSN preferred Minimum 2 years of OR experience, preferably with progressive leadership skills Great communication and engagement skills Recommended Skills Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Basic Life Support Cnor Certification Certified Nurse Practitioner Communication Engagement Skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
