Summary:
The Customer Service Associate / Cashier is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high quality products in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a positive attitude in their work.
They will be able to interact with customers in a professional manner, while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
This position is also responsible for stocking shelves, cleaning, opening and closing the store, and other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service Maintain store cleanliness and organize stockroom Work with other team members to ensure that the customer experience is top priority Stock shelves, clean store, open and close the store as assigned by the store manager, and other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Assist other team members when needed to ensure that the customer experience is top priority.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Ability to handle money accurately and efficiently.
