We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic, results-oriented, Sales/New Business Development Executive to increase sales.
Must have a proven ability to research new prospects, develop new business, and maintain accounts.
Proactive marketing to potential customers daily, while working in tandem with the VP of Sales & Business Development.
Required qualifications:
Excellent phone, writing and listening skills Highly motivated, organized and willingness to be flexible to changing business needs Experienced self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role Knowledge of business processes Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment At least 5 years of sales experience
Qualifications:
At least 2 years in B2B Sales Custom machined parts sales experience a huge plus but not required Manufacturing or Engineering background a plus but not required
Job Description:
As a New Business Development Representative, you will:
Cold call, generate new leads and prospect accounts Find business opportunities by identifying and selling prospects, creating, and building long term relationships with clients Identify the needs and challenges of prospective customers and recommending solutions Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements Determine prospective customers growth potential Travel and visit customers, as needed What we offer?
